Ruthless business woman Tory Sinclair is about to merge her company with another corporation, but if she doesn't make a particular meeting, the whole deal will fall through. When her assistant Stephen expresses concern over the hundreds of layoffs the merger will cause, Tory threatens to fire him along with the others. Fed up with her tyranny, he takes matters into his own hands, tying her up and whisking her away to his home! Now she'll never make that meeting and all those jobs will be saved...but what else does he have in store for her?
